Rack (n./v.) –
(n.) - This is the tool used to set up the pyramid of balls before a new game of pool. This apparatus is usually made of plastic or wood. Some racks are made special to tighten the balls to a perfect rack each time to maintain consistency. (v.) - To set up the pyramid for the break of a new game.
