Non-player interference (n.) – - Billiards Dictionary
Non-player interference (n.) –
This is when a person not playing the game interferes with a player or the balls on the table. In this occasion, the balls should be replaced to as close a position as they were before in order to resume play.

Non-player interference can be really frustrating, especially if there is action involved.
