This is a special stick that features a metal, plastic, leather hand at one end that is used to guide a difficult shot where the cue ball is far from the rails and hard to reach. The bridge is set down in front of your shot, and the cue stick is laid on top and pushed over the mechanical hand and toward the cue ball to attempt your shot.
If you can’t reach the shot, you can always use the mechanical bridge to aid in guiding the cue.
